Recently, The MORD Govt of India Allotted to the state of Assam an Additional 7 Lakhs Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin(PMAYG). The MORD targeted to Assam Rural Housing Programme for the Financial year Year 2021-22 under Panchyat and Rural Development, Assam
The Assam Government announced regarding Registration of the eligible beneficiaries under the Kuctha House category. The verification of the Kutcha house was done by each and every Gaon Panchayat under various Development blocks a few months ago.
New Additional PMAYG Target house for Sanction
The Government took revised the definition of PMAY-G House. The CPRD, order to complete the Process for appending the Additional Households to be included in the Permanent Waitlist(PWL). So Firstly, Before registration and Geo-Tag this Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) must be included in PWL. There are almost 9 different Districts ordered by the department of P&RD by the Govt of Assam.
Secondly, the Registration of this house by the Concerns Gaon Panchyat Officers after proper document verification of respective each and every Individual eligible beneficiary.
Thirdly, After the Registration of the Beneficiary, it will be sent to the District Concerns for official sanction by the Block Development Officer of the concerned Block. But before sanction, the House needs to be geo-Tagged in Awaas Mobile application.
Document Required for Registration Additional PMAYG Target
- The beneficiary must have a Valid Job Card Number and Valid Mobile No As well as an Active Bank Account so that the government directly sent their Instalment through the beneficiary account. The Gaon Panchyat Officers will supervise the proper implementation of the beneficiary house.
- Socio-Economic Caste Census(SECC) 2011 and a Valid Address Proof Document like Voter ID, Ration Card, etc.
- Finally, the Beneficiary must have the land document. But landless beneficiary special conditions apply as per Govt.
