Today we are going to Discuss the real hero and a great humanitarian Bollywood Actor, Sonu Sood. I think his introduction is not required for an Indian, because his work during a pandemic period gets proud and touched every citizen.

Sonu Sood is the real Hero of the Bollywood Industry.

  Sonu Sood is a great human being, a great humanitarian, an Indian Film Actor, and a Producer. He is born on 30th July 1973 in the state of Punjab. He is also known as the “Moga Boy ” because his birthplace is Moga.

His father’s name is Shakti Sagar Sood and his mother is Saroj Sood, his wife is Sonali Sood and his Two Children are Ayaan & Eshaan Sood. His Elder sister Monika Sood and younger Sister Malvika Sachar.

Sonu Sood’s Educational Career

         Sonu Sood after Completing Schooling works with his father in a Showroom in Moga for some days. Then He did his Graduation from Yeshyantrao  Chavan College of Engineering, in Nagpur. But during this college period, Sonu got motivated to model and act as a Career.

After graduating he go to Mumbai and began to search for work. Initially, he stays with his friends in one room Kitchen along with the other Six friends. During the struggling period, he did jobs on the farm to support his expenses. Sonu Sood participated in the Mr. India contest and reached the top five. Finally his acting debut in 1999 with the Tamil Film Kallazhagar

 We are all known due to the situation of the COVID -19 pandemic the government of India gives a nationwide lockdown. During this period many thousands of stranded Indian migrant workers could not reach their homes due to the pandemic situation.

Sonu Sood helps them and arrange buses, special trains, and even flights with food facilities to reach their home safely. He arranges a chartered flight to bring home more than 1500 students stranded in Kyrysthan and 101 Medical students, predominantly from Tamilnadu who were stranded in Moscow to reach Chennai safely.

Many lakhs of Migrant workers of different states like Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Gujrat, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, etc are working in Mumbai in some of the different places of India and they are unable to reach their home due to lockdown Sonu and his team members take all the responsibility to come back to their homes.

Sonu Sood’s Journey in Film Industry

              In 1999, Sonu Sood started the film Journey to Tamil Film Kallazhagarand Nenjinile. In 2000 he appeared as an antagonist in the Telegu film Hans Up! and in 2001 in Majunu. He began starring in Hindi films Shaheed-E-Azam as Bhagat Singh in 2002.

Some of the films are Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Athadu, Arundhati, Jodha Akbar, Anjaneyulu, Ek Niranjan, etc. In 2010 he played the lead antagonist in Abhinav Kashyap’s Dabangg, co-starring with Salman Khan.

Journey in International/Hollywood Film

       Sonu Sood did a film “Kung Fu Yoga” with the most popular actor Jackie Chan. During the shoot of this film, they became good friends. He has a production House called “Shakti Sagar Production House”.  Actor Sonu Sood hailed as a hero on Social media for his efforts to send thousands of stranded migrants to their home villages during and after lockdown has been honored with the prestigious SDG “Special Humanitarian Action Award” by the Department of Planning of the Government of Punjab.

Sonu also offered his Hotel in Mumbai for medical professionals to stay in and arranged safe shelters for several people in Mumbai before the Cyclone Nisarga attack on the Coast of Maharashtra in the month of July.
